Prairie Provender is a directory listing Farmers’ Markets and farmers, gardeners, bee-keepers, bakers, jelly makers, and others who offer a variety of Kansas grown and produced foods. Click on business names to move to individual Grower’s and Producer’s pages for contact information, and discover locations where different foods are produced and offered for sale. My purpose for offering this information springs from my desire in 2016 to be able to find locally grown foods near Hays and to ask growers questions about how they grow their produce. This led to publishing my newsletter, the Prairie Growers Guide. Through that effort, I found that others share these same desires. So I am pleased to share my information with you!
